01 — Return


3-Day Return Window

We have a 3-day return policy on all products. If you’d like to return something, get in touch with us at admin@inbiker.com or WhatsApp at +91 9493709889 with your Order ID.

After we confirm the return, please send the product back to us using India Post or any other courier service:

02 — Refund


Fast Refunds, No Hassle

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to confirm it’s in the same condition as when we dispatched it. If all looks good, we process your refund the same day.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable — only the product amount is returned to you. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

03 — Package Never Arrived


If Your Order Didn’t Show Up

For prepaid orders confirmed as not in transit, we’ll refund the full amount within 1 business day.

If the package is still moving through the courier network, we’ll raise a refund as soon as it’s returned to us. You won’t be left in the dark — we’ll keep you updated throughout.


04 — Cancellation


Changed Your Mind?

No worries — simply let us know within 3 days of placing your order. You can reach us via WhatsApp at +91 9493709889 or email at admin@inbiker.com.

For prepaid orders, your refund will be processed within 3 days of the cancellation request.


05 — Replacement


We’ll Make It Right

All replacements are shipped at no cost to you as fully prepaid orders. There are a few scenarios where we offer replacements — please read the relevant one below.

📹 Important: You must record a video while opening the package in all cases below. Without an unboxing video, we are unable to process a replacement or refund.

1.Product Fitting Problem


If a product isn’t fitting or attaching correctly, please record two videos — one while opening the package, and one while attempting to fit the product that clearly shows the issue.

Share both videos with us via WhatsApp at +91 9493709889 or email at admin@inbiker.com. Once our team reviews the footage, we’ll send a replacement within 4–10 working days.


2.Item Arrived Broken


If the product was damaged during delivery, record a video as you open the package and send it to us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 9493709889 or email at admin@inbiker.com.

After reviewing the video, we’ll dispatch a replacement within 4–10 working days.


3.Wrong Product Received


If you received a different item than what you ordered, record a video while opening the package and share it with us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 9493709889 or email at admin@inbiker.com.

We’ll review the video and send the correct product within 4–10 working days.


4.Faulty Item


If the product appears defective, record a video while opening the package and share it with us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 9493709889 or email at admin@inbiker.com.

Our team will review the footage and arrange a replacement within 4–10 working days.
