When We Process Your Order
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days of being placed. Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Our Shipping Partners
We ship exclusively via Shiprocket (Ekart & Amazon Shipping) and India Post. Occasional delivery delays can occur and are outside our direct control once an order is handed over to the carrier.
03 — Tracking Your Order
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation via email with your tracking number. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Duties & Additional Fees
Inbiker.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping — including tariffs and import taxes — are the sole responsibility of the customer.
05 — Damaged Orders
If the product was damaged during delivery, record a video as you open the package and send it to us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 9493709889 or email at admin@inbiker.com.
After reviewing the video, we’ll dispatch a replacement within 4–10 working days.
