- Wholesale Packs & Single-Piece Orders
Some products on our site are stocked in wholesale packs. If you order a single piece from such a listing, please note that it will not be dispatched in the original manufacturer’s packaging — it will be carefully repackaged to ensure safe delivery.
- Fibre & Glass Items
Fragile items such as fibre and glass products are packed with specialist protective wrapping to minimise the risk of damage in transit. In the vast majority of cases — 99% of orders — these items arrive in perfect condition. However, in rare instances, breakage during transit may occur. As this is beyond our control once the order has been handed to the courier, we are unable to accept responsibility for such damage.

- Stock Availability
While we do our best to keep our listings accurate and up to date, there are very rare occasions when an item may go out of stock after your order has been placed. In such cases, we will make every effort to source the item through our supply channels. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will issue a full refund promptly.
